If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact Customer Service by email or phone within 14 days from the shipping date of your order. We will replace your item and arrange for the return of the damaged or incorrect merchandise.
To exchange merchandise that is in new condition and original packaging, customers must contact Customer Service within 14 days from the shipping date of the order. A restocking fee up to 25% of the item value will be applicable. Customer will be responsible for the return of merchandise.
