We want you to love what you purchased from us.

If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact Customer Service by email or phone within 14 days from the shipping date of your order. We will replace your item and arrange for the return of the damaged or incorrect merchandise.

If you just changed your mind and wish to return some items that are in new condition and original packaging, contact Customer Service within 14 days from the shipping date of the order to arrange the return. We will refund your purchase price of the products (not including shipping charges, if any) less a 10% restocking fee (this fee covers most of the cost for our warehouse to receive, check, and restock your return items).

In any case please contact us first before making any return shipments, we may be able to find other ways to make your purchase work for you.

All returns or exchanges must be authorized by Customer Service, and issued an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) in order to be processed. Please note shipping charges or any international fees/duties/taxes incurred are not refundable.

Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used to place the order. Credit card refunds will be made to the same credit card used to place the purchase. Please be prepared to verify the method of payment used to place the order.
